Scattering refers to the fact that you can summon multiple of the weapon and attack by manipulating them, throwing them, etc. Stationary weapons are those you hold onto and never let go of.

Questions:
Q. A Revolver is listed up there. Is it possible for me to choose a different gun?
A. Yup! Just don't go into specifics since we don't need it (ex. M-64s). Simply stating whether it is a handgun, musket, etc. is fine.
Q. The weapon I wanted is listed under stationary. What if I want it under scattering?
A. Then you get it under scattering, unless someone else has it and the weapon is taken in both sections.
Q. Can I have (insert anime character)'s weapon?
A. No. You aren't allowed to have anything specifically from a series.
Q. What about a wand that casts (insert element) spells?
A. Sorry, that's not allowed! Weapons that are conventional and don't have any special effects only; magic can't come with it.
Q. Am I allowed to reserve a weapon for a second character?
A. Of course! Just send a staff member a PM and we'll leave the reservation for you.
